个人简介
张威,男,博士,副教授,主持并参与国家和省级科研项目多项,在Adv. Funct. Mater., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett., Nanoscale等高水平学术期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇,获国家授权专利3项。先后承担《线性代数》、《概率论与数理统计》、《物理电子学》、《材料现代测试技术》等本科生和研究生课程,指导本科生获批老员工创新创业项目多项,荣获美高美集团4688am课程思政竞赛二等奖,教学创新竞赛三等奖等荣誉。
研究方向
致力于新型铁电/半导体材料的制备及其在信息存储器件领域的应用研究,具体包括:
1.新型铁电薄膜的性能优化与存储器件;
2.二维半导体材料的可控制备;
3.基于低维半导体材料的高性能电子/光电子器件的设计与集成。
